26 August 2010 No Comment

Jim_WhitelawThe next Agile Edmonton user group meeting will be on Wednesday, September 1st at noon.

Scrum Burndown Signatures

Scrum burndown charts often display similar patterns or signatures. In many cases these signatures can indicate some form of dysfunction in the team or environment. We will examine a number of common burndown signatures and their causes. Expect plenty of discussion as we incorporate audience examples in the presentation.
