May Meeting – “Scrum and XP across multiple remote sites”
The next Agile Edmonton user group meeting will be on Wednesday, May 6th at noon.
“Scrum & XP across multiple remote sites – the things we learned!”
It was a challenging (but utterly necessary) to lead change across the various sites. We learned the importance of embedding QA within the Scrums. We will discuss the perils of working with a large company’s established PMO that is accountable to not one, but several auditing organizations.
